EXCHANGES, RETURNS & BACKORDERS
Unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise may be returned within 7 business days of receipt in original condition with all tags attached.
Upon return, please include your packing slip specifying the items you are sending back and the reason for the return. Allow 7 business days for returns and refunds to process.
Unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise may be exchanged within 14 business days of receipt in original condition with all tags attached.
When exchanging clothing, write in the items that you are returning and the reason for the return on your packing slip. In the designated section, specify what items you would like to have sent back to you for the exchange. In the event there is a price difference, you will receive an email notifying you of funds credited or charged.
In the event an item you request for exchange is backordered, you will receive an email within 3 hours of purchase notifying you of the issue and options to a) have your payment held until the item is restocked (up to, but no longer than 30 days), b) request a different item or c) cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If an item requested for exchange is out of stock indefinitely, your full payment will be refunded within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods. Please allow 10-14 business days for exchanges to process.
